Easy Pickings are a dynamic, live acoustic duo featuring melodic female lead vocals/guitar accompanied by a vibrant, male rhythm guitar/vocalist, perfectly suited for chilled out corporate events, weddings, private functions or live music venues.
Kim Hurley and Dale Priem bring a repertoire spanning from contemporary folk to rocking old school favourites. Showcasing a set list moving through the ages, Easy Pickings create a perfect balance musically by fusing soft, feminine ambience with a dynamic, resonating energy. An accomplished guitarist and gifted performer, Dale has performed professionally throughout the Cairns region for the past five years. Kim is a talented vocalist and exceptional guitarist who has just finished writing and recording her first solo EP.
Easy Pickings full vocal and guitar sound mean they do not need, or use backing tracks, and their easy going, natural style coupled with a fun, vibrant energy and stage presence has seen them rapidly become a popular local duo.
