Mitch King with Tullara & Julian James

MITCH KING:rnIn 2014, Mitch independently released his first album, A Life Under The Sun. The single ‘Coming Back’ reached new heights when it was picked up by the US football team the Green Bay Packers, who played his song at their season opener game and shared it across their social media. The song has since had over 20 million streams on US Pandora radio. Mitch then released EP, Southerly Change in 2016. It went straight to the top of the blues chart, where it remained for 10 days straight.

More recently he’s had success with a bunch of single releases with his single “Burning” amassing nearly 3 million Spotify streams. Mitch has graced festival stages the likes of the Tamworth Country Music Festival, St Kilda Festival and Blues on Broadbeach, and supported artists such as Tones And I, America The Band, and Supertramp’s Roger Hodgson.

In January 2021 Mitch announced his signing to Michael Gudinski’s newest label, Reclusive Records. Simultaneously he released his newest single ‘Oil & Water’, which was co-written with Mark Lizotte (aka Diesel). Organically building his fanbase to over 36 million worldwide streams and 250, 000 monthly listeners on US Pandora radio, Mitch is renowned for his live dynamic performances, blending vocals with electric and acoustic guitars, harmonica, kick drum and tambourine to create his unique Australian folky blues n roots sound. JULIAN JAMES: From Melbourne's back alley bars to Australia’s major Festivals (Gympie Muster, Echuca Winter Blues, Tamworth CMF) - Award winning Julian James is loved by folk and blues audiences all over Australia, with his whiskey drenched sound as much at home in 2021 as it would have been been blaring out of the wireless in 1921.

For his brand new track Devil Town, Julian collaborated with Golden Guitar winning Americana producer Matt Fell (Slim Dusty, Shane Nicholson, Time Freedman) which really goes to show the amazing synergy that can be created when a young artist teams up with an experienced and innately creative producer. Fell has crafted Julian’s unique voice and down-home songwriting to new highs, creating a modern record that could have been dragged straight from a Louisiana swamp. Both the track Devil Town and its outstanding animated video hark back to an era so bygone it might as well be new again, so grab a glass of moonshine on the front porch, wait for the sun to set and smile at the devil when he knocks on your screen door…

TULLARA: Tullara has been storming across the Australian music scene ever since her Debut EP release ‘Better Hold ON’ in 2016. Born and raised on a parrot farm in Ramornie, northern NSW (true story), Folk/Roots rocker Tullara went on to win ‘Best EP’ at the 2017 Australian Roots Music Awards – this was the first step to an indie career that achieved an incredible 1,000,000 streams on Spotify in 2018 alone. With the amazing support from her listeners and fans, Tullara played a jaw-dropping 310 shows across 2018/19.rnAs her performance rep grew, Tullara won the attention and praise of ARIA Award Winner John Butler “Tullara has a way with words and a way with that guitar. She's a gifted artist just at the beginning of what looks to be a promising adventure ahead.”, and was invited to open for Aussie legends such as The Waifs, Jeff Lang, Troy Cassar-Daley and Mia Dyson. Soon after Tullara was chosen as the National Australia Tour support act for international artist Donavon Frankenreiter (USA) and Wallis Bird (IRE), as well as opening for The East Pointers (CAN). Wallis Bird was particularly impressed with the young Aussie’s talent quoting; "Tullara has a true magic, I'm not joking. When she plays with all her spirit I'm drawn to tears - every time! Excellent woman, excellent guitarist, excellent voice, excellent song-writer, excellent hair!” Tullara has since racked up performances at some of the biggest and most respected festivals both in Australia and abroad including: Woodford Folk Festival, Queenscliff Music Festival, Artswells Festival (CAN), LeCheile Festival (IRE), Umefolk (SE), Floating Castle Fesitval (SI), plus many more.Along with her outstanding, all-female band, Tullara’s live show is a main-stage act that commands the stage with effortless swagger and connects to the audience with heart-wrenching honesty. From her guitar playing wizardry to her enticing, raw and powerful vocals, Tullara’s music exhibits a wide range of style, musical dynamism, captivating stage presence and depth of emotion.
