Jordan Brodie
Acoustic/Folk/Jazz Instrumentalist
16 year old instrumental guitarist Jordan Brodie is the phenomena from Cairns who performs a cross section of musical genre, ranging from tasty blues to swinging jazz arrangements, and everything in between. Included in Jordan's sets are a mix of his own originals that have been impressing audiences in venues across north Queensland. Jordans stage presence is magnetic and he displays a unique affinity between his music and his audience.
At the beginning of 2011 saw Jordan release his first EP "Shining Light" and after many more hours in the studio, the year 11 High School student has finished recording his second CD with aria award-wining local producer Nigel Pegrum titled "First Take". He hopes that this CD release is the launching pad for a long career in the Australian Music scene.
Jordan performs at Bernies Jazz & Piano Cafe (92 Abbott Street) every Wednesday night. Please come down!
