The music of SAVIDAS duo is a seamless wave of acoustic roots, fresh melodies, and provocative vocals. There sound spans over many genres of acoustic, roots, funk and hip hop to deliver an overall fresh original and unique sound.
The SAVIDAS duo; Gumpy [Savidas, Hot Spell-Captain Funk, BUGM and BlindMunkee] and Uma AKA Umalicious, (Savidas, Mr Nice and the Umalicious MC's, BUGM and her solo project Umalicious), hail from Melbourne, Australia's ever emerging diverse creative Arts Scene, expressing their up lifting and poetic songs to inspire a global growth of conciseness.

SAVIDAS have played in many well known festivals, events and Venues across Australia, [The Fall's festival, The Big Day Out, Rainbow Serpent, Earth Core, the Push over, Sound loud, many Melbourne Arts Centre productions, The Lounge bar, The Vineyard Lounge and restaurant, Just for U Caf, Northcote Social club, The Barkley Hotel and the Red Violin Night Club], and since have accumulated a rapidly growing fan base.
