The Angels reunited in June 2008 and have gone on to play to over 100 sold out shows & festivals around the country performing to over 100,000 fans. Theyve always loved playing concerts in regional areas of Queensland and are looking forward to returning to FNQ to give fans another real dose of good old Angels rock!
The Angels are synonymous with Aussie Pub Rock and along with AC/DC were the pioneers of the Australian Hard Rock music scene; their reputation spanning over 30 years has shaped Australian pub culture.
Playing under the banner After The Rain, being the name of one of the bands hits from 1978, the band will perform all their classic songs such as: Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again, Marseilles, After The Rain, Face The Day, No Exit, Take A Long Line, Comin Down, Shadow Boxer, No Secrets and many more.
To all our FNQ fans look out we are coming back After The Rain! Our last tour to FNQ was so huge and we intend to give everyone who comes to the shows on this run the same pumping Angels to get you rockin once again - it will be loud it will be hot and it will be rock at its best! Doc Neeson
