Jazz/Blues/Country Trio

We are a young and exciting instrumental Trio, formed in Cairns. 17 years James Lippmann Drummer, 16 years Benson Gunner Guitarist, and 17 years Ryo Montgomery Guitarist. we all started to learn music when Ryo & Jamie met Benson at a local music shop, Benson had a part time job doing the dishes at a night club at the age of 12 and he invited the other two boys to come along and watch some live music at a nightclub next to where he worked. That night club happened to be Johno's Blues Bar (which we all miss). James and I thank him everyday for inviting us. We became inspired by a lot of amazing players who came to that club, like the talents of Phil Emmanuel, Eugene Hideaway Bridges, Charlie and the Night Cats, Ric Montgomery and many more great Musicians. After watching those musicians perform, we decided to get our act together and start learning music which was in 2005. we have all been playing for about four years now and have practicing as a trio since the start of this year (2009) we love performing its our passion, and if we ever have a chance to performing, whether its performing in a alley way or in the Casino we will be sure to put it first over anything ! our trio has a very versatile set list, we play anything from Jazz, Country, Rockabilly, Blues Rock, Slow or Soft. we would love to strut our stuff at your wonderful venue.
