Elixir is proud to be bringing back Uncovered!

Uncovered is about getting live original music into your ears and supporting up and coming artists, helping them build their performance confidence. Featuring mainly local songwriters and bands but welcoming everyone from anywhere!

7pm @CairnsVoiceStudio student Megan McDowall
She is a 17yr old Singer Songwriter who performed her original on Balcony TV at the age of 15, recently performed at Port Douglas Carnival on Rex Smeal Stage and Wonderland Spiegeltent and will be performing at The Tanks Markets Songwriters Stage Sunday 25th June.

7:30pm another Keesha Mclean student Joshua Wendt
The 16 yr old Singer Songwriter recently performed on Balcony TV and will also be performing on Tanks Songwriters Stage Sunday 25th June.

8pm John Buttigieg
An experimental solo finger-style guitar player, playing since the age of 10, experimenting with new sounds, open tuning's and new unique ways of playing the guitar.

9pm Sweet K
Bringing us the sweet tunes of Miss Kelly Sweetk Moran singing some of her beautiful original music.

10pm Tinderbox
A musical collective that began as the the brain & love child of Uma Vernau aka Umalicious. Through these spontaneous performances a myriad of eclectic, electric and amazing songs were written by the inspiration of a collective of artists. Bringing on board the hip hop artist Gumpy Savidas this is an act not to be missed. The Tinderbox mission is to bring together artists from all genres, walks of life and all cultural back grounds to create music that is not only conscious and waking the human spirit, but also funky as shit.

Lots of space in between acts so come down and play some original tunes
