Bec Drollinger is a Far North Queensland singer songwriter, an authentic and natural performer with a gentle yet compellingly sound.
Her song 'The Last Digger' recently won the 2017 Mcgintys songwriting competition at the Tablelands Folk Festival and she is preparing for her first studio recording of her original songs.

Bec currently performs her originals and a collection of diverse covers, from intimate Sunday morning cafe sessions to creating outdoor ambience at the Original Kuranda Markets where her soulful voice entertains locals and international visitors alike.

She has experience performing at weddings, community events, festivals, galleries and private functions.
She has also worked with songwriting and performance in Disability and Kindy groups.

Bec can assist anyone to compose songs for special occasions.

Bec is the daughter of  country singer and a heavy metal frontman, she grew up with music and has been singing all her life.

Becs songwriting has been developing since she was very young and she also won the 2011 ABC National competition 'Our Backyard', her Song 'Thunder Rolls'
was selelcted by Professor Pat Pattison from Berklee University in California as the overall winner.

Bec created and recorded harmonies with her good friend and  songwriting mentor Steve Skinner on 2 albums..'Feel like I belong' and 'One Step Closer to you'
