QSO Connect presents an intimate chamber orchestra experience. Join Queensland Symphony Orchestra for a breathtaking, heart racing, spine tingling performance. Enjoy music from Prokofiev's magical Romeo and Juliet, Bizet's evocative Carmen, Ravel's show stopping Bolero, and much more.

Marvel as thirteen talented musicians from Queensland Symphony Orchestra showcase their talent and artistry in this unmissable concert special to Cairns. Don't miss out, book your tickets now.

Schools Performance at 11.30am

Discover the Sounds of the Orchestra features the QSO Connect 13-piece ensemble, consisting of woodwind, brass, percussion, and string musicians from Queensland Symphony Orchestra.

Students will get to hear Ravel's catchy Bolero, as well as This House, an atmospheric work by Australian composer Joe Chindamo. This engaging concert is the perfect introduction to the orchestra for primary school students, and will be sure to be an inspiration in their musical journey.
