Chakra Sound Journey

Relax the body, clear the mind, calm the emotions with a Sound Meditation.
This is a guided meditation taking your attention to the chakras whilst the accompanying Crystal Singing Bowls and Crystal Lyre are played.
Casual $15 or 5 Class Pass $50
Please bring a yoga mat and whatever you need to be comfortable.
