This meditation is excellent for beginners as both the guided meditation and the sounds help tame the monkey mind.
The vibrations of the clear quartz crystal singing bowls resonate deep in the cells restoring harmony and filling the aura with rainbow lights.
Bring a yoga mat to lay on please and whatever you need to be comfortable.
