Fogarty Park is a lush parkland lined with trees and a sound shell. There is plenty of parking within walking distance. Toilets are located at the eastern edge of the park.

Many large scale events occur at Fogarty Park including Council events, community festivals and concerts. Fogarty Park has multiple points of access to 3-phase power and to water supplies.
