FUZION THE DINING EXPERIENCE
Fresh tropical produce infused with traditional bush foods paired with Australia’s finest wines. Fuzion will be a sumptuous dining experience for our 300 of our Festival guests, including scientists, corporate leaders and VIPs.
Special guests will include Dr Mary Ellen Weber, ex NASA
astronaut and CEO of Stellar Strategies with Dr Joseph West,
Research Fellow in advanced Artificial Intelligence at the
University of Melbourne.
A highlight of the evening will include in inspiring cultural
performance celebrating music and dance.
Held in a specially created living rainforest on the Pool
Terrace at the luxurious Shangri-La Hotel, Thursday 18
August, guests will be welcomed to country with a traditional
smoking ceremony, prior to enjoying dinner then moving on
to a post-dinner cocktails networking finale in The Backyard
overlooking the Marlin Marina.
