Award winning Fingerstyle guitarist and composer Jordan Brodie, is regarded as\r\n“one of the best young guitar players in Australia”. With his fine sense of\r\nshowmanship and technical virtuosity, Jordan is well on his way to a flourishing solo\r\ncareer.\r\n\r\nBased in Cairns, Jordan, a graduate of the Queensland Conservatorium of Music\r\nreleased his new album “In Good Company” in March 2018 through MGM\r\ndistribution. The album explores elements of folk, jazz, and classical music and\r\ndraws on old and new inspirations such as Emil Ernebro, Julian Lage, Ralph Towner\r\nand Tommy Emmanuel.\r\n\r\nHe is known to dazzle audiences with his fingerstyle guitar technique, with\r\nperformance highlights including Tanks Arts Centre (Cairns), Tablelands Folk\r\nFestival, Palm Creek Folk Festival (Townsville), Brisbane International Jazz Festival,\r\nKangaroo Valley Folk Festival (Sydney) and Newport Folk Festival (Melbourne).
