Cairns Derby Dolls are your friendly local Cairns Roller Derby League. Located in Cairns, Far North Queensland we are an all-female, flat track roller derby league.
Founded in July 2012 the Cairns Derby Dolls are a league of more than 40 skaters and volunteers that train twice a week and compete year round.
Empowered by the do-it-yourself ethic of modern roller derby, the Cairns Derby Dolls are an entirely volunteer-run organization, relying on the support of their fans and community.
Modern flat track roller derby is a full contact sport played by women of all shapes and sizes. While we've kept the booty shorts and all the glamour gone are the days of staged violence, replaced by real hits, real falls and real bruises.
