Cairns dub-reggae act, MANUKA, merge sleek electronic sounds with fat bass, huge rhythmic drums, cool chank guitar, rich keys, and powerful vocals that carry lyrics about deep consciousness, desire, culture and the environment.

All members of the band have performed throughout Far North Queensland for the past decade, hailing from other much loved acts such as The Dialers and Snake Charmer.

The band have so far proven themselves to be a dynamic outfit that never fails to get people on the dance floor {in the past!, taking their audience on a journey that rides flowing, groove based rhythms, catchy hooks and melodic interludes, whilst getting deep down into those “Irie” dub-reggae pockets.
