The Green Left Weekly May Day Dinner will celebrate solidarity and internationalism, and offers music, politics, and great food.
The dinner’s guest speaker is Ian Angus, the Canadian socialist and environmental activist, who has recently written Facing the Anthropocene: Fossil Capitalism and the Crisis of the Earth.
Local musician Jeremiah Johnson will play.
All that, and a meal of Mediterranean (including vegetarian and gluten free) dishes catered. The club bar offers drinks at reasonable prices.
Please book and if possible pay for your entry before the night: $35 waged/$22 concession.
