Nick Atherton is a Cairns based guitarist/singer/songwriter, who is well known for his fiery fingerpicking, slide guitar, stompbox, loop pedals and toe tapping blues. He has been playing and performing since his early teens.
From his beginnings in the Adelaide band scene, through musical travels in South America, to a guitarist-for-hire along the East Coast of Australia, he has been both an original songwriter and passionate student of the Blues. Now as a soloist, all this experience is showcased in his live performances bringing people together.
