Bodies in Motion Dance School’s 2024 Annual End of Year Production follows a group of school students who immerse themselves in the world of Greek Mythology, as part of their history assignment. As they dive into research, they uncover the ORIGINS of the Greek Goddesses; Aphrodite (Love), Hera (Sky), Amphitrite (Water), Hestia (Home), Tyche (Fortune) and Persephone (Underworld).

The students soon discover that they are about to embark on an extraordinary adventure, one that transcends textbooks and classroom walls. As they begin to explore the stories of six powerful goddesses, they find connections to their own experiences that intertwine their narratives.

But, with the assignment due date looming, the question remains…will they complete it on time?

With a cast of 280 dancers ranging from 2 years old to Adults, “ORIGINS” is a production that promises a mesmerising blend of dance styles that is sure to entertain!
