BRIEF BIO
PETER KINCH IS NOW A Cairns FNQ BASED PROFESSIONAL MUSICIAN.
Peter has worked as a full time musician his whole life... Starting out as lead guitarist in Rock and Show bands he has worked with many Australia's top Bands (Cold Chisel,Angels ,Mental as Anything ,Rose Tattoo to name but a few) toured Oz settled in Perth with one of the biggest show bands of the time. He then moved to Sydney and formed one of the most successful Duos of the 80's playing 6 nights a week through the thriving Sydney pub scene. Peter has toured OS and played all through Europe USA, Asia, and Canada. Playing on the Boardwalks of Montreux during the Jazz festival was a memorable highlight .He has also cruised the South Pacific/ Caribbean working on Cruise ships for Carnival, P&O and the Norwegian Lines. In recent years he has freelanced as Solo through to 7 piece bands throughout Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane venues such as the Hilton, the Basement, The Orient, Munich Brauhaus ,Jupiters Casino etc. (too numerous to mention) playing everything from Cruisy Easy Listening Jazz through to Rockin/Blues and all the Party favourites.
