The Groove Ignition are a four piece band consisting of Ray Lennox on Vocals & Bass Guitar, David Carpenter on Guitar & Vocals, Daniel Marolla on Drums & Vocals and newest member Carly Motti as the Lead Vocalist. Their style is a mixture of popular new and old material but with an original groovy, bluesy, funk style.
Depending on the type of event or venue, they can make a setlist to suit from chilled acoustic music through to heavy rock and every groovy thing in between.
They have performed at a wide range of venues from Cairns through to Townsville at various events.
Originally from Ingham, North Queensland, these guys have been playing together for over 6 years and are all established musicians in their own right being part of several different bands playing styles from Country to Rock, Acoustic to Metal, RnB and Reggae.
