We are a Cook Islands traditional Dance group, and Cook Islands String Band. We can offer a combination of the two or either Band or Dance Group.
Vaiana consists of 6 instrumentalists and 10 dancers all wearing traditional vibrant costumes.
While the string band has 4 members. The instruments used in a traditional string band are the guitar and ukulele.
We are happy to perform for any occasion. Our costs for performances are : 45 min show - 2 action songs, a solo performance, males drum dance, female drum dance, combined drum dance and audience participation called " around the world " which is $700. A fire dance can also be requested.
