Step into the serene, heritage-listed surrounds of Tank 5 for a one-of-a-kind sensory experience blending gentle movement, live music and deep rest.

Join Jay Horton from Satsanga Sanctuary for a guided yoga journey accompanied by the ethereal live harp of Loni Fitzpatrick, whose delicate, immersive soundscapes transform the space into something truly transportive. As sunlight filters through the lush surrounds and the acoustics of the tank come alive, you’ll be invited to move, breathe and reconnect in a setting unlike any other.

Saturday’s session offers a more energising flow to awaken the body and spark vitality, while Sunday invites you to slow right down with a deeply restorative practice designed to soothe the nervous system and leave you grounded, calm and reset.

Whether you come for the movement, the music or a moment of stillness, this is a chance to experience Tank 5 in its most magical form.
